VCD is an Education partner and provides official producttraining according to schedule, as well as on-site and tailor made. VCD is the biggest BO partner for BO software over the last years. VCD is also Distribution partner for the Crystal products. VCD has its own servicedesk with 10 employees and has many long term SLA’s. VCD focuses on healthcare, retail and education. Apart from that, we’re active in various other segments. VCD BI is part of VCD IT Group, consisting of 375 FTE with 8 subsidiairies.
